Posted September 2010          Hate Invoices???

New Client on board who has asked us to do part of their supplier invoicing work. they have asked us to do the logging of all invoices, check them to ensure they are being charged for what they should be, ensure the prices, amounts and additions are all correct. We then return all information to their Head Office so that they can make payment direct. Outsourcing this time consuming part has freed up time and resources for them, but still gives them control of all payments out to suppliers.
