Although we at Office Outsource extol the virtues of not having permanent members of staff, we do understand that there are many occasions when a business prefers the traditional employee set up. This month we have been helping out one such business by receiving CVs and compiling an interview shortlist. We were then given details of candidates required to be interviewed, completed all the necessary arrangements, sat in on interviews and gave feedback to allow a suitable candidate to be chosen.
